Trenbolone Acetate
Potent 19-nor AAS; non-aromatizable with high AR affinity
Mechanism of Action
Trenbolone is a 19-nortestosterone derivative (lacks C19 methyl group) with three double bonds (Δ9,11), making it one of the most potent AR agonists known. It binds the androgen receptor with approximately 3x the affinity of testosterone and 5x that of nandrolone. Trenbolone does not aromatize to estrogen (modified A-ring prevents aromatase interaction) and is not a 5α-reductase substrate. It demonstrates strong anabolic and androgenic effects, significant nutrient partitioning (increases feed efficiency in veterinary research), and enhanced IGF-1 production. The acetate ester provides rapid release.
