Axis Research Lab offers optional paid subscription tiers that provide enhanced access to premium research features.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.
• All subscription fees are in U.S. dollars.
• Subscription payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, compound profiles, research summaries, graphics, logos, molecular visualizations, and educational materials — is owned by Axis Research Lab or its content contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THIS SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Canadian County, Oklahoma.
